Announcing Recycling Week

Help Your School, Your Community, And Your Planet! Forest Park families, we're not here to point fingers, we just want to give you a heads-up on Recycling Week, November 7-11. Every day next week, we'll ask for your contributions to our recycling drive. Collection boxes outside each classroom, and since a bit of healthy competition is a good thing, we're offering incentives. The classroom who brings in the most total items will receive a free dress day and a pizza lunch on Monday, November 14! Our second place classroom will also earn a free dress day. Here's next week's schedule:

• Monday: Eyeglasses

• Tuesday: Stuffed animals

• Wednesday: Printer cartridges, batteries, and small electronics

• Thursday: Plastic bottles, aluminum cans (yes, beer cans are OK!)

• Friday: Wine corks

We ask that you please place cans, bottles, stuffed animals, and printer cartridges in plastic grocery sacks.
