Hit the Halfway Mark to the Little Rockers Marathon!
Are you a Little Rockers Marathoner? Forest Park has set a date for students and their families to celebrate the "Halfway There" mile run as a group. On Saturday, February 3rd, at 1:30p, we will meet at the bottom of the Big Dam Bridge. Join us off to the side by the benches to stretch first, and we'll go over the bridge and back together. The trek will be closer to 1.5 miles, with an amazing and fun setting to celebrate our progress to 26.2 miles! by March 3. Please note that this is a family event: all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times (no drop-offs).
Don't forget! If you plan to participate in the final Marathon mile, waiver forms must be turned in to your student's teacher or Coach Smith as soon as possible, and February 15th is the last day to register online.
